"The
internet is proving to be a great place to
get yourself noticed
and
your songs heard
by a lot of people.
It's made it much more convenient to pitch songs and get feedback
from publishers and fellow songwriters."

Songwriter
/ Lead Guitarist / Lead Vocalist
Lee
Ladensack
Lee
describes his musical role as a songwriter first and foremost.
Raised primarily in the southern town of Brunswick, Georgia,
Lee has been playing guitar and writing songs for about twenty
years.
After graduating Glynn Academy High School, his father, who
happened to be a Master Chief Naval Recruiter, convinced him
to enlist in the United States Naval Band to further his musical
education in their extensive theory program. While stationed
in Charleston, SC, he learned to play a wide variety of instruments
including, saxophone, piano, harmonica and bass.
His songwriting style has always maintained a country/rock/blues
flavor and over the years he has been honing his craft in that
genre. Lee says "One of the my most valuable experiences
as a songwriter has been joining N.S.A.I. where I've had my
songs critiqued by major songwriters and have learned the meaning
of a 'hit' song". He makes frequent trips to Nashville
with George and is hopeful that a songwriting deal will soon
take shape.
*Lee plays a Fender
Telecaster and a '77 Les Paul Deluxe. His influences include;
John Hiatt, Ry Cooder, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and the three Kings
- Albert, B.B. and Freddie.

"The
band has come a long way. We've really focused our efforts on
establishing a groove in our sound, and the harmonies are really
what make us stand apart from the crowd."

Bassist
/ Vocalist
James
"Bubba" Poe
James
is the essence of a Southern gentleman. He is humble,
well educated, always smiling and a hard worker. He was a member
of the Atlanta based band The Blue Cats for some time
and that collaboration resulted in a CD being recorded. Here's
what Bubba, as he is affectionately known, has written
about himself.
My interest in playing music began when I purchased my first guitar
at age 12. By the next year or so I hooked up with a couple of
friends in the neighborhood and have been involved in bands ever
since.
Songwriting is not what I do, but songwriters need players and
that's where I come in. I have been playing bass and primarily
singing backup harmonies for some of the most talented songwriters
in the Atlanta and Western North Carolina area for the past 15
years.
Musical influences in my life include my Dad, the Beatles, the
Allman Brothers, Otis Redding, Marshall Tucker, Cowboy, Creedence
Clearwater Revival and James Taylor just to name a few.
*James
plays a Fender Precision Bass, a Fender Jazz Bass
and a '66 Yamaha Semi Hollow Body Bass.

"It's
amazing how
a
small group can have such a big sound. Even with all the competition
out there, the originals seem to hold their own."
